Has anyone been able to use their legacy sick time and if so did you have to use all pto and ppto before you could use legacy? I’ve been sick for 5days and almost out of ppto and don’t want to use pto if I can use legacy sick hours.

Only time that legacy sick time hours should be use, is when you are on a leave of absence. Any other time is Pto or Ppto.
(EDIT) Word is that on August 13th ALL legacy personal time ( NOT SICK TIME) will be converted into PTO

Legacy sick hours can be used before using all yourpto. A manager does have to approve and key it. It will not stop you from getting pointed unless you're on a leave. Legacy personal hours on the other hand can only be used once you've exhausted all your pto hours.
You do not have to use all your pto first. I was told you have to plan to be off for it. But all clubs are different. I used my for vacation.
Tell your manager you want to use legacy time. They have to key it. You no longer have to exhaust pto and ppto to use your legacy. I would use it. Who knows what they will decide in the future on legacy time.
You can 100% use legacy sick time....I did and had both pto and ppto. I used it for a vacation.
I disagree. You can use your sick time but your Manager has to approve it. Several people have done that at my store.
You must use all your PTO and PPTO before you can use your legacy sick hours.
