Let’s not give anything to our employees but create a budget to co-host a summit in DC.

Yes actually be more transparent. Always talk about transparency etc. But GF isn’t. Many managers are out right saying they system and how it works is fake or a lie.
Better compensation
Better mgt & leadership and oversight of them
And to add to merit-based promotions. 100% agree. The whole system needs to be over hauled to be made right. Nearly everyone is savy to how system really works at Globalfoundries and it’s not what is on paper or told to us by leadership.
You won’t do it. Not even sure you will honestly admit it’s broken and a facade. But if really want to make a change for better change that.

what are employees expecting from GF that they aren't already giving?
Oh my they are so desperate to get a chunk out of the 52 billion. Employees still leaving, pay not up to industry standards.
