Any chance they’ll give us a ‘cost of living’ increase? During layoff’s they made this big deal about keeping their top talent and compensating them fairly but I haven’t heard anything yet. We all know that inflation is no joke and it’s getting difficult day by day to even get by. I would hope that they would give us an increase of pay so that some of us aren’t forced to get second jobs and give up our time with our families. I really wish they would start thinking about their employees and start treating them correctly. We are all struggling right now and it’s only going to get worse.

Chase occasionally does market adjustments based on regional average pay to stay competitive, but they are very targeted and not related to COLA
This post is a total joke. You’re talking about getting a raise and there are people who got let go who would be happy to take your job. If you need more money, get a second job or find another job making more money and quit your bi-----g.

HAHAHAHA, that was good! Chase doesn't do that!! In my 15 years, they have never done anything like that in my department.
No they will not be giving a COLA they are doing major layoffs so you will be lucky to have a job.
