6qwt- I'm certain your manager and/or teammates will gladly give you this info. They have no reason to keep it from you. There's no need to post the info publicly here or anywhere else.

I am new to Verizon. What is the average STI pay? When is it paid? Can this be deferred ( i.e put in 401k or some other plan to avoid tax? ) Please advise.

Nope, you all making millions in paychecks with bad leadership, no vision and horrible ideas. This isn't disappoinment, this was expected. Who are you kidding? This is on you, not on us. You don't pay us enough to work our butts off and be abused to care about the bottom line.
Who in the world approved those emails to go out? That was a huge joke and we all had a great laugh in our meeting when we talked about it.
