Small cuts, medium cuts, major rounds... One of those is always happening. You might not know it because people were cut from groups you are not connected to in any way, but just because you don't hear about it doesn't mean it's not happening. Saying cuts are over mean you are either hyperfocused on your own area and only care about that or you're willfully ignorant.

The company is dying, of course more RIF's are coming. Look back and see how many employees Verizon have eliminated in the past 5 and 10 years. In another few years, it'll just be a shell.
