I come here to make sure it ain't just me, and I see it ain't, I feel it's insane that company that makes so much money pay us so less, I'm a lead in tma and only makes 19 dollars a hour and this constant tire deliveries and constant push to get all those tires on and working the techs to quitting often, whining members about everything and all we get in return is under paid, 8 cars to finish and 3 guys working in the heat and 1 member complain about how long they been waiting and management got the nerve to ask why they been waiting so long , and say I should go out and do there car, but I got audits to do a bay full of special order tire from a promotion and other duties, but the company see fit to pay the lead 19 dollars and the tech 17 ....that's insane...and then that last minute member pull up 20 minutes to close after that he-l of a day and say they need a tire, and insist to get it done and ask for a manager and the manager say it shouldn't take long...take care of the member, the tech told me he might quit after that, so the one member and management showing no care for all those guys do constantly cause me to loose good help....and again all this stress for 19 dollars a hour.....and it's getting worse cause we need more plus back there, and I need to have the techs to cover breaks at the gas station and credits...I can't even keep people at this rate, and thinking of leaving myself

go to a local tire shop, i doubt you get more than $19 an hour. pay isn't the issue. it is what they expect out of you & your staff----and others throughout the club.
could you and the same people get everything done if they were paying you $50 an hour? nope.
the problem is lack of sufficient staffing in the clubs.
I feel ya..
