That is a smart worry, cause it will happen.

My worry is they are gonna over work people, or look for ways to fire them so they can avoid paying severance.

Oh you're not alone!

They'll regret it. Our area sucks very bad with work performance of these merchandisers and order writers. I honestly can't imagine it's only this area that sucks so bad, it's got to suck everywhere these days. They will lose sales for sure with these lackluster employees of today leaving everything empty and under ordering. But, they won't care cause they're gonna wipe out higher salaries, higher vacation time, and company cars.

I personally believe eventually, years down the road, after they're done with all their "missions," they'll bring some type of sales rep back, starting without a car, lower salary, beginner vacation, etc, etc, etc.

All they are doing is wiping everyone out that is tenured, and they'll have a staff of mostly new employee status employees with low pay, no car, minimal benefits, etc.

I've always said this company hates long term employees. No extra vacation accrued between 10 and 20 years. Then no more accrual after 20 years. They couldn't make it anymore obvious that they hate a long term employee.

They think all employees are disposable.

Disgusting company 🤮
