Folks, get another hobby instead of spewing non-stop hate at Cisco. If you got PIP'ed out, move on, hate will not help you come to Cisco.

Cisco is not putting food on your table, you are earning it. Cisco makes at least $150k profit/employee. If you think that Cisco is putting food on your table, you are a beggar to me.

Food is on table, cisco grabbed it for ou based on caste discrimation. Other kind of discriminations always happen.
I left the company because my manager discriminated me thinking that I belong to a poor family, but that is not true. Then he demotivated me based on performance.
I came to know he is discriminated based on his mediocrity. he left the company in himuliation. Karma repeats. Now caste in picture.
So cisco is getting food on the table by discrimination others, great.
I have couple of friends who are discriminated by case.

banias are ruthless
I begged the ELT not to close RTP but they did anyway.

I've met one person PIP'd at Cisco. It's nearly impossible to be pushed out for performance. Outsourced is more likely.
