All leadership in Services should be replaced. Bill Clark is full of sh-t, he is a horrible leader. Always repeating the same speech in every meeting for the last 6 years, pathetic leadership, zero ba--s to own up to missing his number by millions.

Bill so badly lacks leadership qualities and characteristics, I often confused him with our favourite spineless Texas Senator.
Bill lacks integrity and represents a broader cultural cancer that’s plagued Dell for years.

I'd be remiss if I didn't share my thoughts on Bill and the ELT. There are so many things Bill should have been fired for over the years but its not amazing that hes' managed to hold on. Hes supported by a SLT thats equally incompetent and unethical.
Bill is worse than an absentee landlord because he doesn't know his business and hides it by bullying people. He's doesnt' respect anyone and and breaks his promises as soon as he makes them.
He lives in an excel driven fantasy world and is maniacally focused BS KPIs that mean nothing in the real world.
Its really sad that Carl Icahn never got control of Dell because he would have at least cleared out the hypocritical leadership.
They'll never fire me because I'm too old and just holding for VSP.
