I was promoted after a sales career into a leadership role, only to be layed off my 2nd quarter into the role. Leadership is talking about bringing in new talent and our record profit quarters, but they're letting a ton of great people go while leaving new folks who don't know which end of a phone to talk into. Disgusting, shame on this company.

Sorry to hear that and agree, lots of talk... absolutely shameful on town hall no mention of WFR, just how great numbers look, diversity, etc... lost some respect today for Dell as a long time employee.
