It happened to me too - my manager sent blistering emails to me all the time. Why they allowed her to keep continuing these bullying tactics are beyond me . I even contacted HR. Then was laid off.

It's disheartening to get a write up for something, and watch as your coworkers make that same mistake constantly with no consequences. They have their favorites.
