Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

It's not just about layoffs

I've noticed that our working conditions in the last few months have gone from bad to worse. Our manager, who was a semi-decent guy until recently, has started yelling at us non-stop. Now he rips us a new one even for the most minuscule things, among other stuff. This is either in preparation for firings or an attempt to get us to quit. Both options save T-Mobile severance money. Be very careful how you thread these days.

And it's now out in the open. Katz posted on Linkedin a picture of the T-Mobile SLT and Amdocs SLT arm in arm at Amdocs HQ. Layoff 60% and give the money to Amdocs who are absolutely WORTHLESS.

Don't forget those of us that are doing the minimum not to get fired to make a sufficient amount of money

This company may well be number one now, however, they lost their way.

Agastya does not really mean anything by his tirades. He’s just practicing his Abdul.

The national unemployment rate is 3.7%. There is no reason to stay in a job where you're miserable when there is so much opportunity elsewhere.

Record it and then report it.

Only sheep and brainwashed cult members will stay with this company. No true leader or professional would consider staying with TMUS.

Take advantage of their free training and build your resume. Then go someplace that respects and values their employees.
