They had a meeting with us and said 5 days a week or you are fired. When asked about family related exceptions, the VP got very upset and said NO exceptions and that’s your problem to try to deal with and sort out before October. I have been at this company for 15 years and did my best every single day. Being treated like this only shows how much they value their employees and how eager they are to fire people.

You know it will eventually.
Does that apply to astronauts too?
I hope they don’t have more openings in Frisco. We already do not have desks or parking passes available. 5 days a week but good luck finding a place to sit - what a joke! Need to park your car? Fiserv has ran out of parking spots and won’t purchase more when you can clearly see floors of parking garage available! They don’t want people to come in - they want them to quit. Otherwise they would be more accommodating for in office employees.
We haven’t heard anything yet
Any word on core dna dev and custom, implementations, client care? The folks that were originally out of glastonbury ct is what in curious about. Most are still in ct but having been remote for 15 yrs, they are widely dispersed now all over the states. Any word on those teams? Thanks
We have Fiserv with too few employeesalready. Now some employees are being forced to move to NJ. Then they visit your tails in the office five days a week. What could possibly go wrong with this?
I think every division is different. We were told that the preference is 5 days a week in office but that there is flexibility and can work from home based on personal needs from time to time.
There is no amount of “community engagement “ activities to turn around the damage they have done
What is the current Covid protocol? Messaging has gone silent
They are using this tactic so people quit and their job will be opened in either Berkeley heights, Alpharetta or frisco. Mind you they are also expanding roles to Pune India where neighboring companies in Pune pay double what Fiserv
"No exceptions".
So if there is an ice storm, you must risk your life driving in, or you are fired. If you die driving in, you will be both dead and fired. If you die driving home you will just be dead.
At least it is easy to understand.
The policy is absolutely changed. Per Frank and the executives under him, fiserv will be 5 days a week mandatory. Also any kind of WFH is discouraged unless there is an event (even this part is confusing). Some locations are starting on Monday September 12, others have been told October 1. Badge swipes are being recorded and will be enforced.
What is your location?
We haven’t received this message yet (doesn’t mean it’s not coming or that it’s not being communicated consistently). Just was curious where you are actually sitting and if messaging is different based on location.
People were told 5 days a week starting the week of 9/12, move-in day
Please tell us who the VP was who said that...if they said that it is not correct company policy is the majority 3/5.
