Are layoffs coming or not?

The attrition is way too high across all board areas.
Toxic culture, poor leadership, bewildering choice of non-integrated products, laggard customer cloud renewal rate. What could go wrong?
I know many former SAP employees with 20+ years who walked away sans package. New energy and new life.
The new walk away # movement.
I don't think so, there is not a full blown layoff with announcement but i think managers are asked to stack rank IC's and some poor performing team members are asked to leave.
Somebody must know something...
