Had to create 3 new loan cases, and odd that the loan support reps are all from India. Or at least they have India accents. Did Fiserv outsource support?

Expect support to get even worse.
The last purge was the tipping point.
HCL and desktop too. Soon there will be nothing left but contingent workers and 3rd party with AI that you can't get fixed.

They used to have the janitor answer the loan questions, but he moved to a less stressful janitor position with a different company.
Fiserv has laid off so many employees at this point. It's not unlikely that they've started farming out certain business operations to India.
