Chevron has not tried to hide it, there have been site wide safety stand downs and leadership communications to reinforce safe working.

These fatalities occurred in within contractor and subcontractor workforce, ownership of safety performance must be shared by all organisations.

From the results we are seeing, looks like hydro and other pressure testing jobs deserve hazard pay. Must be the real sh!tty infrastructure and pipelines existent in that country.
