...while BNY Mellon is struggling to reduce the thousands of faxes they STILL send every day via automation.
Now which company looks more interesting to an ambitious, bright young person?
Where is the exciting vision of the future? What, they are going to settle for a few pennies profit on the dollar of the share price through squeezing employees to the breaking point and hoping corporate mergers unfold in their favor?
I don't mean to be harsh, but BNY Mellon is where careers go to die and dreams go to dissipate.
I will be accepting a new job soon, and I'm somewhat upset that I let BNY Mellon mislead me during the interview process. If I learned anything, I learned how to spot a dog with fleas -- so thanks for that BNY. Good luck with so-called 'vision'.
