Thread regarding Dell Inc. layoffs

WFR- last day, but 36 months of EAP

Reading through all of the last day documentation and did not realize we get EAP for 36 months after leaving the company. This means free counseling, which after the last 1.5 weeks, I know I could use!! Worth looking into if you haven’t already.

Good luck to you all. I got a package about 4 years ago from a worthless area manager and vp. They both quickly left and moved on to another organization they will run to the ground. I’m so glad it happened. I’ve never been happier and making way more than what I did at dell. The initial shock sucks but trust me there is way better out there.

Dell ruins many lives Just like any other tech company however many look for misery and pain and then the pain and misery consumes them.

If you are on cobra don't pay your monthly dues until end of month you have a 30 day grace period to pay.

In that 30 days you will still be covered and if you find a new job by EOM with health insurance you'll save your self $1000s of dollars.
