I agree, they don't wanna fix the problems. They will also retaliate. I can promise you that. Nobody in this company gives a rats a-s. INCLUDING EVERYONE IN BENTONVILLE!

I agree totally with the one comment, Kong but perfect. They will notify your gm, even if he or a manager is the problem. They don't wanna fix the problem. That's the problem.

There was an incident here that is a perfect picture of what happens when you call ethics. We had a manager scream and yell at someone so loud he could be heard at the back of the club. A third party notified club ethics. Some are under the impression that when an investigation takes place that the involved parties will be interviewed by someone not in the club. NO NO NO ! What happens is that someone calls the GM and asks them what happened. Not only was the manager called in and asked what happened but the one he yelled at as called in and was implied to they were the one in the wrong . So... that allows the club management to have an advantage by which they can twist the truth of what happened. In the case I am describing it turns out that the manager that yelled so loudly also presented a physical threat to the associate. Even with that knowledge it too many many days before that manager finally left the club. Mind you he was not fired out right but allowed to resign without repercussion ! In the end he did leave the club which was good but he was not in actuality punished for his actions. Just keep in mind they will do their best to blame you for your manager being bad !!

I've emailed anonymously before, and even with my email. Unfortunately don't really expect anything to get done. Just make sure you save and print your email for your own records that way if they try any kind of retaliation b.s with you... Good luck though.

You can email anonymously. They wont do anything, but at least you wont put a target on your back unless you are too specific and they know its you.

HR is not there for you. They are there to protect the company. If you complain to HR, you unfortunately put a target on your back. Have an escape plan because your club will make your life more miserable (if that's even possible.)
