The post about the central region VP wasn’t even up for 24 hours before it was deleted. I can see why people fear retribution. Other executives have been named in other posts that haven’t been deleted but those are still up. I highly doubt these post are anonymous. Be careful what you say on here.

Central region has always been a joke even before JP. KR was a clueless twit who only got promoted because she’s a talking head who could baffle you with BS like when she was talking about COVID in the all hands calls. That region is messed up because they never had a leader. The misery just compounds when CL tries to overcompensate by putting a guy like JP in charge.
One district in central has built a reputation already. If I worked there, I'd be less concerned about people quitting and more concerned about being fired. I'm sure things are exaggerated but the rumor mill doesn't have anything good to say about that district.
The comment about reporting makes me think it's at least partially true, the only reason people ask for new reports is because they can't trust what they're being told. If you can't communicate status up the chain you can't manage it down the chain.
They are definitely anonymous. So many people would have been torched by now if they weren’t.

Nothing really. Just the typical complaints about the new VP being demanding, not caring about work life balance, wants a ton of reports created by the managers, rules by threats and intimidation. The OP went on to say that people are going to quit if things don’t change. You know, the typical layoff.com garbage.
