What’s going on? Which part of Humana you belongs to?

I’ll say it. I work in marketing (in house agency) and constantly freelance elsewhere so I can do meaningful work. My department is toxic and my team is even worse. Fingers crossed that our AVP gets RIF’d. She is terrible and a bully.
As in another job? As long as it’s not in conflict with your role or Humana
Most of the people are cr-p. They aren’t good at doing one thing forget about moonlighting.

@1spq+1iN137wK - Then humana should stop all the BS it's spread about fake caring. Being real and clear is the least thing any good organization does to its employees, customers, and vendors.
So Humana gives me a paycheck in return for my work. I come to work and do the best job for my members and then go home. Humana is not my family and does not owe me anything. Humana has always had constant layoffs for the past seven years. If you are expecting a different work environment you MUST go to another company. This is the Humana way.
Humana leadership knows it all and they’re still pretending to fix it. RIP to people who sincerely believe that Humana is trying to fix things. Humana is a for profit company. Only things change over the period of time is the profit they makes and people they use.
No one’s really going to say what part of Humana they are from, because as much as this site says it’s confidential, it’s a website saying it. No one is coming out specifically or directly for a variety f reasons. Yes, everything you say is happening, and has been happening for years, it’s nothing new…but how you phrased it would be a great name for a new band. 😀
