Why do so many of you care what's going to happen? This company doesn't have a future, so all of you should already be looking for new jobs instead of worrying about this place. Even if you survive this reorganization, you won't survive the next cost cutting or the following reorg or whatever. Most of you need to realize that your days here are numbered and you need to act accordingly.

OOD aren’t an issue if you’re not DSD
The company will survive, that is a naive statement, but they will do so at all costs and this includes cutting employees with no remorse. Field sales will be eliminated, all selling will be done at a higher level. Whether or not this selling gets executed won't matter when it's no longer DSD. A sale is a sale. The problem will occur when the product goes OOD and Mondelez has to guarantee it.
They are forcing pallets of grams into stores now for smore season and I just encountered a whole pallet of OOD product that was not worked. Multiply this by 10,000 stores and guess what, you got an issue.
