Heard some news that HR and leaders have been monitoring performance closely to determine who gets laid off. Anyone have any info on this?

Verint? Metrics? Call reviews? All those things come into play for your point in time assessment
How do you not know about the spy ware they use to monitor you? Look at your browser extensions. It does not matter if you are a knowledge worker or in say a production role like claims processing or calls.
