It's a very easy fix to make everyone happy: leave the option up to each individual. If they believe their own propaganda, 80% will return to the office. We all know that's a BS number and they know it, too. If people want to make the decision to commute an hour each way, contribute to traffic and pollution, pay for fuel and prepared meals, all so they can sit in an office to be on remote meetings instead of doing the exact same job remotely with fewer distractions, I'm not sure I would trust their decision-making ability on business decisions, either.

Antisocial sociopaths want to WFH with no hybrid option, all the time.

People who want to work from an office live in a small space, dislike their spouse/kids, or a combination of both. 95% of us want to WFH.

Only the people that are trying to get away from their house and family want to come back to the office.
For the most part people don’t want to be in the office.
The bank needs to open their eyes and REALLY do what’s right for the employees.
