Thread regarding Change Healthcare layoffs

Any speculation about what changes employees can expect after transition?

What is the typical PTO policy?
What is the typical Medical/Dental/Vision benefits package?
How long do we keep our current benefits?
How will this affect the vaccination policy?
How might this affect the various offices and remote employees?
How might this affect any company subsidized services kept by employees?
Should we rush out and make use of certain benefits before the transition?
What will happen to any FSA or HSA accounts?

23 Days PTO if less than 5 years. 28 if more. Health insurance very expensive about 300 per check for high deductible plan.

UHG is based out of Minnesota whereas Change Healthcare was Tennessee. At least it's not a California based company but this could cause a big culture shift.
They probably don't begrudgingly require vaccination simply because the federal government requires it. They could dismiss any who fail to comply with documentation.

They seem to offer the standard two weeks of time off. Sick time seems to be rolled into that.
