November is supposed to be when the next large of layoffs occur. At least that is what I have heard from colleagues, just right after the earnings call/report.
NDAs are pretty standard. Keep your mouth shut or you will lose the severance. Don't bad mouth and don't sue us. That's pretty standard legal practice these days for a severance. I should know. I left last year with one.
Heard something about people having to sign NDAs. Anyone know what that's about?
Works council met in Europe Thursday and Friday. I assume that we will have layoffs during the upcoming two weeks in EMEA.
