Honeywell CV19 Discrimination Lawsuit

A lawsuit has been filed.

Law360 (September 26, 2022, 3:34 PM EDT) -- Several former employees of Honeywell International Inc. have lodged a proposed class action against the defense contractor after they were allegedly required to wear color-coded badges indicating their COVID-19 vaccination status and later fired for refusing to get the vaccine.

It’s not a violation actually because it is not a medical facility. It’sa private business that you don’t have to work for if you don’t like their policies but there may be something legally with the different color badges

In Danville, KY they emailed a spreadsheet sitewide that revealed the vaccination status of everyone on site before instituting color coded badges. You gotta love their respect for medical privacy.

I received a letter from the AZ attorney General civil rights division, saying if I would like HON'S response to my complaint, before the phone interview, I would have to sign a NDA, from where I'm standing that would only benefit HON
I will not sign an NDA!
Now I'm going to try and join the class action lawsuit.
