Between gutting the health insurance coverage, and massive micromanagement from people who don't know what they're doing, it's no wonder talented people have been fleeing this company. Stop blaming the pandemic and supply chain problems. People don't want to work at L3 Harris technologies because in plain english, the company sucks.

I was just let go at 6pm at night after a full work day was told for misconduct still no clue why. Moved to Palm Bay from our LI facility for a better life. Come to find that the people I worked with were very angry about the move and refused to train me and bullied me for over a year. If I stayed in NY I would have never had the issues that I went thru for the last year. The move to L3 Harris Palm Bay was the biggest mistake I ever made in my life. I held in a lot and after all that was said and done was kicked to the curb and I have no reason why I will be meeting with an attorney tomorrow
I've been in the American workforce for over 40 years. As a Caucasian male, I survived hiring quotas, affirmative action, and my college counterparts paying no tuition while I paid full price. I think during my career I have done my part stepping aside so that people of color can move on ahead. And now my employer wants me to apologize for some perceived 'White privilege" I've done nothing wrong. I have played by the rules. And I have nothing to show for it.. I'm not apologizing to anyone. They can all kiss my a-s.
I work for L3H (20+ years) and the main issue I see is poor management and way to woke. Every week we get emails detailing more DEI steps the company us making. Unfortunately that’s a trend for a lot on companies.
