If you missed it, General Motors announced the return to the office for all employees last week. Yesterday they took it back due to the severe backlash from employees. I guess they saw how many people told them to go F themselves, did the math, and realized they overplayed their hand. I wish we were as united when our RTO was first announced.

It can happen. When entire teams refused to relocate, they changed the requirements for that team
GM employees are unionized and their union can make changes like this happen.
Honestly if RTO is that important to you
go look for another job, there’s plenty out there.
