Is it true that now they are cutting even some of the stellar performers?

That's what I heard. I'm not really surprised, but if they cut some of the best employees, morale will soon be non-existent.

Top performers in jpmorgan will be cornered and given rating make him quit. Bottomline, jpmorgan is not for the talented or people who really code unless they offer 300k + 50k incentive sign on bonus. Pathetic company with persistent shuffling

Yes this is true. HLA’s in JAX that are In the 30’s and above in the score cars are being harassed daily until they eventually stand up for themselves and let go. LM’s that actually coach their sales people, are let go in lieu of data analytics LM’s who have never even been in the HLA position.

Moral is non-existent.
We’re told daily “just be happy you have a job. “ LM’s tell HLA’s that in January, JAX will be dissolved and we will all loose our jobs.

Start looking to bring your talent to a company that appreciates you more than a cupcake 1x year.

LMs are still making the same money, they don’t care about you. If anything they are happy to see you make nothing. They only care about another two week check.

It is becoming more apparent that unless you can suck the chrome off a trailer hitch, you won't be around much longer. Morale is ridiculously low and management just hides and does nothing.

Yes, there were several top performers in the first round in Columbus and we were absolutely shocked to see them go. SLM tried to save at least two and was shut down. I believe one would have been a top funder in June had they not been let go.
