I am a long term worker, seen a lot over the years. I had a pretty bad accident, that honestly shouldn’t have happened. I have also been one of the few to bring these safety issues to management and leads, for exactly nothing to change. This shouldn’t have happened to me. And then when I come back to work, the SAME safety issues are there. Wtf. What do I do?

If it happened at work then yes make a call to OSHA that's their job to protect work accidents. If it should not of happened sounds like a lawsuit to me! GOOD LUCK
