I wish the company would go back to their original core values. Unfortunately, I don't think that will happen.

maybe stop complaining and do something about it. The culture is not driven by the big JDI day events only. Organize a potluck. Get your team to do a sport activity instead of just a happy hour. Give a sport update in your team huddle instead of listening to others talk about last night's episode of the bachelor. If all you can do is complain about the culture, you are part of the the problem.
What are the core values? For those of us who are new, it would be nice to know what we are missing.
The people on the top floor in Seb Coe that still represented those values have been chased out by the bean counters.
I think a lot of people wish the same. I know I do. Current leadership has let us down and Nike's core values and the Nike culture is gone. I want it back.
