Supervisors

Supervisors do so much more than our managers. Supervisors really need to be able to go in and look at people's attendance and their points. I have associates that are late literally every shift with no ppto. How do they even still have jobs? Odd right. But Supervisors can't see any of that stuff. We do really need human resources back to keep an eye on all these shenanigans

If your a lead ask your manager for this info as needed. Do you not do your own terminations? Teamlead’s handle their associates accountability with assistance as needed from management at our club.

There’s no accountability for attendance or poor performance. The company has taken a very woke stance of “nobody left behind”. Get used to it or else just find a different job. Every time a good employee leaves, they are replaced with 3 completely useless ones where we work. People who sleep in the CBL room get raises while the managers tu-d on the hard workers. Leads are never in their areas anymore, and management is constantly becoming more incompetent and obsolete. They have their priorities so far out of wack, it’s not even funny. The cafe also needs to go away, because it’s impossible to staff nowadays and it literally makes 0 money. Cut the dead weight!

How do you know they don't have any ppto?

Do they come to you and say "Hi regular Associate just like me. Just wanted to let you know I have no ppto."?

About 6 or 7 years ago leads used to be able to view everything on associates. Then there were a few that were telling others what certain people were making per hour. Don't know how it is now. I know when I had to be reviewd. My old pay and new pay were listed when you sign your review.

At my store we were told we can’t get fired over attendance anymore only performance so now people call out or come in late every day because they know they won’t fired over it
