I would have to be in a very difficult situation to decide to come back here again after leaving. How many people do you know that have done this? I personally don't know anyone, but some here mention that such cases are not that rare. I doubt it, but still..

I am leaving and I have been there for awhile and I like my job it's the new management that is ruining the job for me. Would I ever go back sure I would with different management. More mature management not ones in their early 20's just out of MIT.
Happens at my club all the time. All the time. Some have come and gone a few times.
Why not?? You know the job, a job is a job no matter where you go. The grass isn't always greener on the other side.
Walmart Inc is a paycheck job.
Many return because a return associate does not need to do CBLs and can be sent to the floor immediately.
A family of 4 returned to our club because the daughter was getting married once they earned enough money for the wedding they all quit. The crazy part is that the parents both got leadership positions and were the first to quit. The daughter who was getting married just did the 3 no calls no shows. The 4th family member pushed the attendance policy. Why? The family member wanted to get terminated to collect unemployment. Finally someone told the family member our state has no min you have to work to collect unemployment and Walmart Inc pays for the first 6 months you collect unemployment. After that you fall under the state guidelines.
That's very true that its not rare. My club currently has 4 people that have left and came back (and are still here).
We’ve had several leave and return many times. Not rare.
