Wells Fargo, Hispanic Banker Settle Job Discrimination Lawsuit
Wells Fargo Bank NA and a Hispanic former personal banker resolved his lawsuit alleging race discrimination and retaliation caused his termination, Arizona federal court records show.
Thadeus Sosa and the bank reported their settlement to the US District Court for the District of Arizona on Tuesday. The parties give notice that they “have reached a settlement and have resolved this matter in its entirety,” the filing said.
Terms of the settlement weren’t included in the court record and counsel for Sosa and Wells Fargo didn’t immediately respond Wednesday to Bloomberg Law’s requests for details.
