Venting is OK, but complaints only make sense when they are directed to the right ears. Unfortunately, I don't think anyone at BNY Mellon cares about our complaints anymore. Perhaps only some rare managers do? It seems to me that the management thinks that we should all be grateful to have a job here at all.
