If anyone has recently taken cobra from ford, how much did it cost for 2 (employee + spouse).

When I looked at it it was twice the cost. Worth it if you need it. You also have time to enroll. I think you dont have to jump on it right away.
You can call NESC and ask the price, they will calculate it there for you. They will just connect you to the correct department.
Still working at Ford now. $0/month for healthcare with $7K deductible.

When I worked: Medical $383.34, Dental $10.00 and Vision $5.47.
This is the first time did a comparison. I'm not sure why the Cobra med is lower.
