Employees ratting on one another. Managers that don't trust employees to do their job. Stankey constantly reminding all employees how smart he is, knows everything about everything. Santone constantly taking away hard earned benefits. Constant lowering of free cash flow, quarter after quarter. Highest debt of any corporation at $135B.

T wasn't always a toxic place to work. For the last 15 years it's become very toxic.
Managers have way way too much time on the hands. They treat folks with years of experience like kindergartner's, on trivia things that just don't matter. Management can scream bloody mu---r on controlling expenses, but they actually do nothing substantive to lower cost. Meanwhile, let's make sure everyone on the team goes to a DINE meeting.
Diversity training doesn't work! Go read this Harvard article, "Diversity training doesn’t extinguish prejudice. It promotes it."
