Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

Make a plan to leave

Why are so many of you worried about layoffs and none of you are doing anything about it? When's the last time you updated your resume? How is your LinkedIn looking? Did you do any networking in the last month? The majority ignores all of this. No wonder you're worried. If you were prepared, your stress levels would go down significantly.

I left the company recently after landing a new gig, no thanks to Linked In. That platform was zero help. The suggestion should be to proactively work to improve your skills to qualify for a different job. Instead of bi-----g on this forum, use your time to improve yourself.

I don't understand why they stay either. The company offers plentiful educational opportunities to gain new marketable skills if you put in the effort and time. Get the skills and go forth to something new.

would also love it if toxic people left the company on their own accord. lots of toxic people here who hate the company they work for.
