Thread regarding Ford layoffs

SIRP policy is back online

As of this morning, the policy is back on life@ford. It is unchanged compared with what was removed a month or so ago. 20+ years = 9 months severance pay

Yes, you can find documents on Life@Ford but none of them are applicable to actions being taken in 2022. Documents will have to be updated/posted for this years plan, whether it be SRD, SIRP, ABC, whatever.

You might think there is time to do a voluntary, but I doubt it. We did voluntary last year. If we want to get done this year, there will only be time for an involuntary.

Thanks for the heads-up. Not seeing much of a difference. Even the 2020 dates are the same.

And the text lowering the amount, that paragraph is gone.

I've been checking regularly, including yesterday. I appeared this morning for the first time since being removed.

So it wasn't there over the last several weeks and now appears online today (I assume this is the case)?

Interesting. I assume they will now roll out the "plan"? Unreal that it's been 4 weeks (to the day) since the Bloomberg leak.

Search KA-11722 in life@ford, you will find the document on Salaried Involuntary Reduction Process (SIRP).
