What are the ACIP amounts? Please share the group you work for and the amount.
AICP amounts are significantly different between Blue and Model e for the same grade level. Blue is being asked to make all the profits in exchange for a lower AICP.

Ford Pro is the commercial side focusing on businesses, as opposed to retail. There was a group called Ford Commercial Solutions (FCS) or Ford Fleet. Ford Pro could be looked at as a rebranding of Commercial/Fleet, but they look at it as a different team that will assimilate Commercial/Fleet.
