T-Mobile is restructuring pay companywide for many different orgs. If you earn a bonus, expect to see it drop substantially. T-Force and certain other specialty departments just saw massive pay cuts.

Your "Bonus Potential" is a part of your Total Compensation package. Will be interesting to see how they sell a reduction in TC.
Well the CDC just admitted the vaxx doesn't work and vaxxed and unvaxxed have the same guidance now.
After they have to pay all those they fired for not taking it and firing them in lawsuits. Your bonuses are probably going away to offset the massive loss in income.
