Does the leadership have any vision for Schwab anymore? Or do they think only of their own future?

I know SCS and Bashar. There is absolutely zero emphasis on “seeing through client eyes” or “what is right for clients”. The focus is always 100% on himself. Just look at the historical volume of HR complains. The SCS grandiose vision, cute presentations and fancy strategies are all slideware purchased from consulting firms that do his work.

Everything seems to have high visibility and high priority yet they always come at last minute during PI planning.
Laughable planning and strategy.
I can only speak about STS. Entire leadership team is focused on their survival and not what’s best for client. None are world class caliber. Dennis? Tim? Bashar? Not to mention the grand noodle schwidiot Simon. Zero vision.
I am totally with the last poster as well. Well for except I am going to continue to complain until you have no choice but to lay me off and give me a package. You will have to pay to make me leave. If you are smart you would offer voluntary packages to people and let the dissenters leave. Oh yeah that is right you won’t because you cannot afford to lose THAT many people.
Totally with the last poster. It's all about alignment. If don't align with CS, then move to LS. At Les Schwab, alignment is everything. Tired of rotating nodes in a binary search tree? Then go to Les Schwab, where you get to rotate tires all day long. Not getting alignment with the vision of CS management? Then go to Les Schwab, where you can align tires all day long.
Leadership is leading through the eyes of the client. The client is everything. This doesn’t align with your vision then you leave for another company which you do align with.
