Have you met any of the managers for Maricopa Direct over the last 10 years or some of those branch managers?

It’s not just the direct division have you looked at the information security team and the leader of that organization? Talk about toxic it’s some thing First American prides itself on… Promoting toxic leaders and protecting them. HR is complicit.
Completely agree, bad manager ruins the company culture. They make you work ot without pay!!!
I was very lucky, found out early how bad things were. The direct division could have been so much better but management wanted to play games.
My manager was afraid to do the right things not enough good people came forward at the time. I guess the silver lining is the company is worth billions.
Wish that I posted that. Bad people make bad managers.
