What are the shifts like at your store? Mine is usually us getting off at 6:00 or we get off at 9 if we close. Then they put the schedules out right before the new week and try to change it the day of your shift. Is it like that anywhere else?

Well, I’m just going to say that I screenshot my schedule when they put it out and I am not going back to check it. It’s not my fault that they didn’t schedule enough people or somebody called out.
Yes @OP+!. It is like that in my store also. I check my schedule every night and morning because it can be changed at the last minute without any notification. Our shifts are all over the place and the schedule is always posted very late. Belk has it's own set of rules.
Should it be easier to sell and liquidate all Belk stores so you don’t have to worry planning schedules! Again don’t try to play us for a fool Belk! May be you are the biggest clown after all in retail industry!
