Got whacked as manager yesterday
The idea is to dump full time employees under the guise that we’re over-strength and then try to push Lean Six Sigma and say we’ll use our technical personnel resources to do the difficult jobs and outsource everything else. It starts at the front line and with small cuts at first, but more will follow. All one has to look at are the OPEX and CAPEX cuts to see what’s next.
Some happened today in a data branch
The way they've been doing it is to notify managers on Mondays and individual contributors on Tuesdays.
