It has become obvious that the RTO strategy isn’t working. You admitted how well productivity was during the WFH period. Everyone can collaborate with Teams just as well from home as the office. Why not allow WFH again, which will reduce costs. There is no expense increase for WFH but there is a huge savings on how much real estate you can dump off. NJ is not the answer to everyone’s concerns. Why would any employee in their right mind want to relocate to one of the most expensive areas of the country? You are paying people to look at badge swipe reports and create Sapience reports all on the name of distrust. Do you honestly think employees honestly answered the survey? You know perfectly well you track IP addresses and it isn’t anonymous. Make Fiserv great again…. Start trusting employees to do their job whether from home or office! Try trust and compassion and you will see morale increase and then productivity.

I did leave. No regrets. Nope, the door didn't hit me on the way out, but if it had, it'd still have been worth it.
Frank doesn't care about you, he's a narcissistic sociopath. For your own sake, leave and leave the shills where they belong.
Why don't you copy/paste that into email and send your thoughts to FB? Wouldn't that be more direct than a msg board and ensure he reads it?
Companies look at 100% remote workers and just see cost savings, fire those in high cost of living locations, hire in low cost of living locations. Remote work is beginning to back firing on those who championed it.
What are you talking about, the company is doing great
If you don't like Frank don't let the door hot you on the way pit. Grant Frank mor Foserv is completely perfect. Some may think nothing at Foserv is perfect. If you don't like it then leave
3 of my colleagues just caught Covid in the office, what’s being done? Nothing! Shove RTO where the sun don’t shine
Frank doesn't care about you.
Frank cares about $.
Frank has no intention of being kicked out - he will open the door by himself when he has milked the rotting fish for everything he can ( see Eddie Lampert of Sears ) and then walk out far richer than he was. That is his plan by the way. No ride the rocket, no best fintech on the planet. Just dollars for FB and his cronies. See, easy.
Frank is incapable of doing anything suggested here. He’s too busy laying people off and telling everyone how he was right about everything. He thinks WFH is an abomination (unless you’re in Sales) and everyone needs to tighten their belt and work harder. Doing the job of 3 people already? You should be doing the job of 6 people.
It’s truly amazing that he hasn’t been out out to pasture already. At this point, by the time he is gone, it will be too late. The company will be a hollow shell if what it used to be and within 5 years will be dismantled piece by piece.
