I am very angry and frustrated with everything that is happening. The people they decided to cut were excellent employees and it's a disaster that they are gone. I think that these cuts will be very bad for the company and I hope that everyone affected will soon find something better.
I am not affected for now, but I was informed that my responsibilities will change significantly. Anyone else? I have no doubts that things will be a lot harder for me from now on.
Oh in September there will be a slew of promotions. One little sycophant pr-ck has been crowing about how he was promised a promotion after the carnage. He will be liaison and coordinator of offshored teams, according to him.

I think everyone is in limbo. They’ll release new orgs after the cuts this week in my opinion. But a lot of hand wringing for the rest of us left as we await the new org structures. I am still here as of noon, but many of my coworkers are gone now. I have been given no guarantees and the LL3 made the cut decisions ultimately. The lower level leadership teams were very surprised.
