Can anyone believe the Chronicle article that characterized the transition of the oil finder to the energy transition leader. Nothing could be further from fact. How did our image creators get so far from reality. Does it make you worry about our company's future if this is the new generation CVX executive?

JG is just another cookie-cutter manager from the hi-pot factory. His tangible accomplishments (other than photo shoots and promotions) wouldn't fill a thimble.
Oil finders are like VCR or carburetor repairman. Their skills don't translate to anything else. Good thing Chevron doesn't have any oil finders.
Energy transition is already well under way and moving faster than you think. Hello? Look at the renewable alternatives you have already at your fingertips.
What happens when this hyped energy transition experiment fails? Will the companies that held firm to traditional E&P be the long run winners?
