This round of terminations is only half of JF’s reported 8,000 cuts. Next year starting in 2Q23 the next round of Ford Squid Games begins. If you are not a DEI candidate and you have any skills you should find a new job with a Company that wants and respects you. I did not get terminated and have decided to leave, enough of this BS.
How many years in a row of cuts is this? I say the trend is clear. More cuts will be coming. And as far as I know, the 8000 number reported was not refuted or addressed. So there is that......
We got the all clear with the asterisk that the company was frequently assessing the business or whatever d-mb@ss turn of phrase. That caveat was stressed, clear for now, but they're always looking for other victims.
No not done. Some areas like ITO are going to have another round of cuts after Kyndryl gives the nod that they are ready to take over groups functions.
They were explicitly told to not say that it was "all clear" or "all done".
